Research and identify potential sources of financing for the construction and build-out of the new accessible facility.

Develop a comprehensive financing plan, including bank loans and grant applications.

Create financial projections and cost estimates for the construction and outfitting of the facility.

Implement accounting software suitable for the business.

Configure and link relevant accounts to streamline financial management.

Provide training to the client and staff on using the accounting software effectively.

Develop a reporting system to monitor financial performance.

Generate regular financial reports for internal use and external stakeholders.

Ensure compatibility with the requirements of banks and grantors.

Prepare a comprehensive funding package for presentation to banks and grantors.

Include financial projections, business plans, and any other necessary documents.

Collaborate with the client to create a compelling case for support.

Develop a marketing plan to promote “T’s” new facility.

Include strategies to attract both differently-abled and fully-abled clients.

Align marketing efforts with the funding preparation package to enhance overall business appeal.
